need my tips on losing weight? follow me..
(1) TARGET! set matlamat, nak turun berapa kg 1bulan? mulakan dgn angka yg kecil ye.. let say nak turun 1kg 1bulan. no target? ohh! please.. set target.. that's true..
(2) AZAM! tak de kekuatan, azam & semangat, tak jalan.. kalau jalan pun mungkin separuh jalan.. trust me on this..
(3) USAHA! + jaga makan + senam + ambil makanan yg membantu.. macam2 ada.
(4) PERCAYA! mesti percaya yg u all boleh langsing.. selalu bayangkan diri u all sedang langisng, sedang bergaya dgn pakaian yg u all idam-idamkan.. tok sah dok bayang diri u all yg montel.. if your mind believes, nothing will stop u! u go girl!
Note:- tips tambahan.. don't forget PROTEIN supplement. it keeps u slim without losing your muscles..
Note:- last but not least.. believe me when i tell u that MEDITATES helps a lot.. do your meditation every morning about 10 minutes, enough.. u will get full supply of oxygen to get u going..
